A country villa in Noordwelle, Zeeland, surrounded by greenery and located on the edge of the a rustic village, needs to be transformed into a luxury bed & breakfast. The villa will initially be transformed internally. The current bedrooms and garage in the villa are being converted into a wing with 5 bedrooms, each en-suited with bath & toilet. The room have sliding doors for direct access to the garden.
After the first renovation, the country cottage will offer space for approx. 10 guests (5 bedrooms). In a later stage, attached to the current bedroom wing, and expansion has been envisioned that would add about 10 more bedrooms to this bed & breakfast.
The entire façade of the structure will be modernized into white stucco and timbre rim around the roof. Shading canopies cover the windows to the rooms. For the guests a new sauna has been built next to the villa.
